Let's talk about Domain Appraisal Scam

Yesterday I've received an e-mail from a so called Robert Warner,who was asking me more information about my domain name portfolio.Even though I am in this business for some time,I don't know what happened,but I answered the e-mail without further investigation.
Today,as I was checking my emails,I remembered about this and I've decided to check if this company even exists.
Big Surprise!!!This so called company was actually a Domain Appraisal Scam.
Here's how it works:
They send emails ,in which they ask you about your domain names .They ask you how much does it cost.But in the end they will suggest getting an appraisal for the domain names you own.They'll say they won't give you the money until you order an appraisal.
Here's the email I received:

"Hello,

We buy and sell domains and web pr®jects. What is your price for the domain?

If you have other domains for sale feel free to send your list.

Looking forward to do business with you.

So...you better be carefull when receiving this kind of emails.
